How long will it take to receive my order?
Since our website is only a directory, the period of item preparation, postage, and receiving time depends on the brand or business. We have no control over when you will receive your items or products. Hence, we advise you to contact the brand or business directly for this information. Typically, for local items, the standard receiving time is within 1-3 working days.
Can I return or exchange items?
Depending on your reasons for returning or exchanging the items you received, we suggest that you check the exchange and return policy of the brand or business where you purchased the items on their official website or contact them directly.

How do I submit my listing?
Simply click on the “Add Listing” button at the top right corner of our website and fill in all the required information. After you’re done, click on the “Submit Listing” button at the bottom and you’re all set.
How do I submit my event?
To submit your event, navigate to the “Events” button at the top right corner of our website. Click on it and scroll down until you see a banner with the “Add Event” button. Once you’ve clicked on the button, you are required to fill in the necessary details about your event. After completing the form, click on the “Submit Listing” button.
Are the listings from legitimate businesses?
Yes. Our directory provides listings from legitimate brands and businesses that support green living. To ease your doubts, we also provide review sections in every listing so that you and other consumers can leave a review of your experience with the brand or business. Your review will help future users in their decision-making process.
What should I do if the product or item I received is faulty?
If you receive a broken or faulty product, we strongly advise you to contact the brand or business for a solution as soon as possible, within 24 hours of receiving the item.
Are all the brands from local businesses?
